Totally
Alive: A Simple Program to Tap Into Living Healthy Longer
Book
Review by Neil Hoey
If you're looking for a program that will
create wellness and energy for the rest of your life, Cancer Survivor
Sharon Redd's Totally Alive Program is
for you. It is easy to read and gets right to the point. This fascinating
concept that Sharon
developed to turn around her own grim diagnosis has something for
everybody. Working through the body, mind, heart and spirit she
provides a program for tapping our inner healer for energy and rejuvenation.
The simplicity and ease of this program makes it one that you can
stick to for good.
The book has an accompanying video that walks you through the simple
exercises and sounds taken from ancient practices. Although the
program was originally created by Sharon
to help her survive a serious illness, these simple healing movements
and sounds are designed for anyone, at any age, in any condition.
It serves as a preventative as well as a healing method. It is a
revitalizing experience. This unique combination of ancient wisdom
and modern healing revitalizes the body, mind, heart and spirit
and creates a state of serenity and well-being.
When I read the book and followed the practice I found that the
program is indeed well named. It opened up to a whole new world
of possibilities and I came away feeling Totally Alive.
