AM/PM Yoga for
Beginners is the perfect basic yoga set for those pressed for time
in the quest of finding time to relax and rejuvenate or for those
have never tried yoga, but want to.
Beautifully
filmed on the beaches of Maui and the sands of Death Valley, each
video gracefully guides the participant through a 20 minute workout
that will leave you feeling balanced and refreshed.
Designed
for people of all ages and all fitness levels, the poses are simple
and very effective. The AM video instructed by acclaimed yoga teacher
Rodney Yee consists of gentle poses and stretches done while lying
on your back. The movements are slow and gradual and perfect for
early morning exercise.
The PM
video instructed by renowned yoga teacher Patricia Walden consists
of centering poses, forward bends, standing poses and restorative
poses to help increase circulation, improve mobility, and bring
clarity to your mind at the end of hectic day. Both may be easily
adapted for any skill level.
Each of
the 20 minute yoga workouts consist of 3 parts:

minute centering series to quite the body and mind
13 minute yoga workout stretches the body
3 minute guided relaxation to revitalize the mind
Your body has
a rhythm, just as each day does. With the rise and fall of the sun,
your body's internal clock naturally follows. AM/PM Yoga for Beginners
gently awakens the body as you greet the day and helps to relax
and release stress before retiring to a peaceful nights rest.
